PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The CLS is responsible for the direct care and supervision of individuals residing in a twenty-four hour alternate living residence. The primary responsibility is for timely intervention and provision of homemaker, habilitation services, and residential support services per the consumers’ individualized habilitation plan.

Education and Experience:
High School/GED with two to three years experience in MH/MR, or related field preferably in a residential, habilitative training program or related human services setting.

PURPOSE OF JOB:
This position provides therapeutic services to individuals or groups. Provides clinical consultation to the treatment team, participates in treatment team meetings, and consults on diagnostic questions. Also interacts with family members as appropriate.

Education/Experience:
Masters degree in psychology.  Must be licensed.  Knowledge of MR/MH individuals with behavior issues.  2 – 3 years experience necessary.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Provides coordination and supervision of Community Support Staff.  The position trains and supervises staff in the areas above.  Requires direct interface with front line staff and supervisors in order to assure quality of care.  The incumbent accepts and follows the philosophy and policies/procedures as interpreted by management.  Develops and monitors procedures in accordance to State and Metrocare guidelines.  Participates in the person-centered planning process and related activities.  Provides operational, administrative and supervisory support and leadership for a variety of program units to adults with mental retardation.

Masters degree in Social Services field preferred, Bachelor’s degree required.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Tech Support III assists in daily operations of the chart room, provides supportive services to a multi-disciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.  Assist in the protection of confidentiality rights of the consumers.  This person will be cross-trained on the following functions:  Askesis, Data Entry, Trust Fund, Receptionist and all general office duties.  Must be able to assess and prioritize needs, follow through on assignments and function well under deadline restraints.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School/GED with at least 12 hours college accounting courses preferred.
